Renting a Luxury Villa on the French Riviera
From the Californie district in Cannes to the hills of Mougins and Saint-Tropez, the French Riviera offers a considerable choice of prestige villas. Choosing the right one depends less on the number of photos than on the rigour of the selection and the support offered during your stay — that’s the role of our villa concierge.
Choosing the right location
Cannes and its Californie district suit stays tied to a business event or the Film Festival, with quick access to downtown and the Palais des Festivals. Saint-Tropez and its surroundings (Tahiti, Coachella) attract clients seeking beaches and nightlife. Mougins and the hinterland offer calm, golf and gastronomy, fifteen minutes from Cannes. Our selection covers all three profiles to match the purpose of your stay.
Bedrooms and capacity
For a family or friends’ stay, plan for one bedroom per two to three people at full capacity. For a private event (birthday, shoot, reception), daytime capacity often exceeds the number of beds: always specify the expected number of guests when booking so we can confirm the property’s real capacity, including parking and outdoor space.
What a villa concierge brings
Beyond making the property available, our concierge coordinates household staff, a private chef, pool maintenance, event security, and complementary services: self-drive vehicle rental, private chauffeured transport for your guests, or a yacht outing from the nearest marina.
When to book
High season (June to August, plus the Cannes Film Festival period in May) is best booked several months ahead for the most sought-after properties. Shoulder seasons (April-May, September-October) offer an excellent balance of pleasant weather and wider availability.
Documents and terms
Every rental comes with a contract specifying duration, deposit, included services (housekeeping, linen, welcome) and cancellation terms. Our team supports you at every step, from selection to key handover.
