Where we hand over the car
Nice airport
Terminal 1, terminal 2 or private aviation. We track the flight number: a delay costs you nothing and nobody waits around for nothing. It is the most common handover, and the one that saves the most time.
Hotels and the Promenade
Outside the Negresco, the Anantara Plaza, the Boscolo, a private rental in the Carré d’Or or a villa in Cimiez. Handover, condition report and walkthrough on the spot. No branch visit.
Station, port and nearby
Nice-Ville, Port Lympia, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu, Èze or Cagnes-sur-Mer. Useful when the car needs to be waiting for you after a day at sea.

What the car is actually for
The three corniches, in order
The Basse Corniche hugs the sea through Villefranche and Beaulieu. the Moyenne Corniche runs through Èze and gives you the best view on the coast. The Grande Corniche climbs to La Turbie and drops down into Monaco. Half a day for all three, with stops.
Monaco, twenty-five minutes away
Casino de Monte-Carlo, Port Hercule, and the Grand Prix circuit which is an ordinary road the rest of the year. A supercar does not go unnoticed there, which is usually the point.
The back country
Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Gourdon, the Gorges du Loup, the Col de Turini if you actually want to drive. Empty roads midweek and out of season, and a driving experience with nothing in common with the Promenade des Anglais on an August Saturday.
Season
Booking at the right time in Nice
Nice runs all year, but four windows empty the Riviera fleet: the Carnival in February, the Monaco Grand Prix in late May, the Cannes Film Festival also in May, and the whole of August. On those dates rare models are gone weeks ahead and prices follow.
Our advice, plainly: for the Grand Prix or the Festival, write to us two months out. For a July weekend, a fortnight is enough. For a Tuesday in October, call the same morning and there will be availability.

Renting a car in Nice, in practice
Do you deliver to Nice airport?
Yes, to terminals 1 and 2 and to private aviation. You give us the flight number, the car is outside arrivals when you land. Return is at the same place, or elsewhere on the coast if your departure changes.
What deposit for a supercar?
Between €3,000 and €15,000 depending on the model, held on a credit card in the driver’s name. You are told the exact figure before booking, never at handover.
What is the minimum age and licence?
25 as a rule, 30 for the most powerful models, with a licence held for at least two years. Foreign licences are accepted. Outside the European Union, bring an international driving permit.
Is mileage capped?
A daily allowance is included, with a charge beyond it. In Nice it rarely becomes an issue: Monaco is twenty-five kilometres away, Cannes thirty-three. It is the day out to the Verdon gorges or over into Italy that uses it up. Tell us the plan and we set the allowance at booking, not afterwards.
Can I cross into Monaco or Italy?
Monaco and Italy are allowed. Just tell us when booking so the insurance covers the trip. Ventimiglia is fifty minutes from Nice.
Can I collect in Nice and return in Cannes?
Yes. We operate along the whole coast, from Saint-Tropez to Menton, and a one-way between two Riviera towns does not usually carry a surcharge.
