An idle asset still costs you money

A villa closed ten months a year, a boat paying for its berth without leaving it, a sports car asleep in a garage: these things keep costing. We put them to work, with our clients, our insurance and our logistics.

What we operate

Three families of assets

We do not take everything. An asset under management has to match what our clients actually ask for. Otherwise it sits idle with us exactly as it did with you.

Automotive

Sports cars and prestige SUVs

Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Range Rover, Audi RS. Recent models, servicing up to date, documented history. We rent them with or without a chauffeur, depending on the car and on what you allow.

Marine

Yachts and day boats

Units berthed in the bay of Cannes, at Golfe-Juan, Juan-les-Pins or Antibes. We handle the crew, day charters and longer bookings.

Property

Prestige villas

Cannes, Mougins, Saint-Tropez and the coast. Pool, sea view, real sleeping capacity. We handle the seasonal letting and the concierge service that comes with it.

The common criterion

An asset ready to rent

Paperwork in order, servicing current, condition beyond reproach. If something is missing we tell you before signing, rather than discovering it in front of a client.

What you stop doing

Renting well is a profession

Renting your own asset looks simple until the first dispute. Here is what we carry instead of you.

01

The clients

We are not looking for renters. We already have them. International clients, hotel concierge desks, inbound agencies and referrals. Every booking is vetted before it goes near your asset.

02

Insurance and contracts

Cover suited to rental use, a proper rental agreement, a deposit, licence and document checks. This is precisely where owners acting alone get caught out.

03

Logistics and upkeep

Delivery, collection, cleaning, condition reports in and out, servicing and deadlines tracked. You stop moving anything yourself.

04

Availability

A concierge desk reachable 7 days a week for the whole rental period. If something happens at two in the morning, we take the call, not you.

How it runs

From first viewing to first payout

1. We see the asset

On site, or from photographs and documents to begin with. We look at the real condition, the paperwork, and what the market is asking for that kind of asset at that time of year.

2. You receive a costed estimate

A realistic revenue range over twelve months, the expected seasonality, and our remuneration stated plainly. You have signed nothing at this stage and the estimate commits you to nothing.

3. We sign a management agreement

It sets the term, your reserved periods, the floor price below which we will not rent, how costs are split, and how either side exits. Nothing automatic, nothing implied.

4. The asset goes into service

Professional photography, listing on our site and channels, distribution to our network. You follow the bookings and the revenue, and you are paid on the agreed schedule.

The real worry

You keep control of your asset

It is every owner’s first question, and a fair one: handing over a car you care about, or the family house, is not a small thing.

You block your own dates in advance and they are never rentable. You set a floor price. You can rule out uses: no track days, no leaving the country, no events at the villa. And you know at any moment who has your asset, where it is and until when.

We would rather turn a booking down than present you with a fait accompli. An unhappy owner does not renew, and our model only works if you stay.

Frequently asked

Rental management, in practice

How much can I expect to earn?

Entirely dependent on the asset, its availability and the season. We give no figure before seeing it: a yield promised over the phone by a manager is the first thing you should walk away from.

Who pays for upkeep and repairs?

Running costs tied to the rental activity are ours. Major servicing and normal wear stay with the owner. The split is written into the agreement.

What happens if there is damage?

The asset is covered during the rental and a deposit is always taken. In the event of a claim we handle the declaration, the assessment and the repair. You are not chasing a renter.

Can I use my asset whenever I want?

Yes, on the dates you have blocked. Outside those, give us reasonable notice: a confirmed booking cannot be cancelled without consequences for the client and for your reputation.

How long is the commitment?

We work on short renewable terms rather than long contracts. If the result does not suit you, you take your asset back.

My asset is company-owned or on lease. Is that possible?

Often yes, but it depends on your finance agreement and your insurer: some contracts prohibit renting out. Tell us at the first exchange and we check before going further.

Do you operate outside the French Riviera?

Yes for vehicles, which we also operate in the Paris region. Yachts and villas stay on the coast, where the demand is.
